Job Description :

Our client is seeking a complete account manager serving all of their customerís refrigerant needs. They are responsible for establishing new customers as well as maintaining business relationships with existing accounts.



Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Handle incoming customer calls for:



● Process new product orders
● Quote pricing
● Redirect inquiries for Shipping, Billing, (other customer support departments)
● Quote and process orders for Reclamation (used gas buy-back)
♦ Quote market prices, pricing guideline provided by VP of Sales and your Sales Manager
♦ Make between 50-60 daily outgoing calls soliciting new business and maintaining existing customer relationships (follow-ups).
♦ Send all necessary paperwork to set up as a new customer, process credit applications
● Develop proposals and negotiate pricing agreements
● Educate customers with industry information as needed
● Handle calls and customers from other sales initiatives brought to us by other divisions of Airgas
● Actively participates in sales meetings and trade show if attending
● Able to work well as a member of a team

Job Description :

This company handles over 1600 employees with more than $5 Billion in Annual Sales. The position is for the Telemarketing Department.

Telemarketers will assist with Sales Prospecting for potential business and will not act as an actual Sales person. He/she will be making outgoing Business to Business calls for 6-7 hours a day. If when introducing the company, the person seems interested, the person must be transferred immediately to the sales dept. where sales people will close the deal. The position is promotable to Sales Representative.

The candidate MUST have at least 6 months -1 Yr. Telemarketing exp. However, our client will hire someone Permanently if he/she is currently working elsewhere but is qualified for the position.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:



1) Resurrecting thousands of dead accounts
2) Resurrecting more thousands of leads in the systems
3) Will get mailing lists and develop marketing initiatives for different markets (i.e. cold storage houses, government agencies)

Qualifications:

You must be a results-driven type of person. The company wants a mature-minded person in terms of work experience since this is for business-to-business calls. He or she must be extremely friendly, warm, well-spoken, confident and very smart, and self-driven; knowing how to get to the key person.

The candidate must have the capacity to speak to the person who buys refrigerants. Therefore, he/she must be a fearless person, unafraid to ask probing questions. Someone with the philosophy of "it doesnt hurt to ask." A "thick-skinned" person that is ok with someone saying "No" is warranted. You must like being on the phone, love talking, and generally like dealing with people to succeed in this position.

All calls will be monitored daily via an automated system & you must make call quotas. You will have to target Facilities managers of major companies/buildings & government Agencies.

This upcoming RE company manages thousands of units of affordable rental housing throughout the East Coast. They are seeking an Asset Manager (Junior to Mid-level exp) to be part of their team.


DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Duties of the asset manager include, but are not limited to the following:

+ Prepare required reporting documents in a timely fashion for investors and government agencies;
+ Review and analyze historical and projected financial operating data;
+ Prepare operating budgets;
+ Analyze cash flow and operating expenses; and
+ Field financial questions from banks, loan servicers, tax credit syndicators, and regulatory agencies;

The Requirements for the Asset Manager are as follows:

+ A College degree required;
+ Previous experience in real estate and/or finance a plus
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
+ At least 2 - 4 years of experience working in an office environment;
+ Ability to work well both independently and within a team
+ Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills required;
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
+ Interest in learning the real estate development industry, specifically focusing on affordable housing development.
