This position entails assisting with general tasks in both the Shipping & Billing department of the co., assisting with department calls, separating invoices to POs, help with scanning, faxing and taking client orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate for this position must have clerical experience and will also provide switchboard relief at lunch & on days receptionist is on vacation. Candidate will be shown the switchboard system (since a brand new system was recently implemented). At the switchboard he/she will meet and greet clients and visitors, sign for packages and ensure they are delivered to the right person. Also ensure fedex/UPS is uplifted by a certain time.

Basic DE, Word & Excel skills are required.

This position will entail assisting with basic clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and following up with clients regarding their expiring contracts. Must have a clear phone demeanor and previous phone experience, as well as the ability to handle heavy email volume. The proper candidate for this position will be professional in their interpersonal contact as they will have a heavy dealing with persons of government, hospitals and universities. Qualified candidate must possess basic PC skills in Word and Excel, as well as being extremely proficient in Data Entry. Must pay strict attention to detail and be cautious in their work environment.
